Hello Access Your Potential Family!

Welcome to the fifth installment of my “Closure of May and welcoming of June” blog series: “Dreams Blossom Slowly.”


The tips/observations that I am offering in this series are my gift to you, to anyone who is feeling like your dreams aren’t blossoming fast enough.

Dream Manifestation- Action Step 4


Celebrate regularly: There are often milestones, important events that symbolize progress toward your dream, that occur along the way. Be intentional about honoring these milestones. Every time something happens in your life that causes you to grow and learn yourself more fully—celebrate! Share your success or growth with those in your life who will celebrate with you and appreciate your achievements. Take time to be silent and internalize what you have accomplished. Treat yourself by doing something out of the ordinary (a bubble-bath with candles, a night out with a loved one, whatever will bring you the most joy and will reward you for staying firmly on your path toward realizing your dreams!

Dream Manifestation- Action Step 3


Be gentle with yourself: As you work toward your dream, allow yourself the right to ebb and flow. There will be times when it seems like everything is moving quickly and easily and your dream is just around the bend—enjoy these times and take in all the excitement and energy these seasons have to offer in moving you toward dream realization. There will be other times when all movement toward your dream seems to have slowed or stopped completely. Use these times to solidify and clarify your vision, consider what your next steps need to be, and regain your energy by relaxing and taking care of yourself (perhaps a vacation or a couple of personal care days are in order).

As you move ever closer to realizing your closest held dreams don’t forget to enjoy your journey…

The tips/observations that I am offering in this series are my gift to you, to anyone who is feeling like your dreams aren’t blossoming fast enough.

Dream Manifestation- Action Step 2

Break it down into manageable goals: Once you have fully visualized and articulated your dream, you will want to begin visualizing the smaller, but important goals you need to accomplish along the path toward your dream. Make sure these goals are also clear and attainable. Acknowledge when you accomplish each of these goals (e.g. list them on a sheet of paper and mark them off one they are done to give you a visual sense of how far you have come and what needs to happen next).

Clarity is the bridge between yourself and your dream—make sure it is solid and then you can walk confidently toward the fulfillment of that dream.

Dreams Blossom Slowly

Welcome to the second installment of my “Closure of May and welcoming of June” blog series: “Dreams Blossom Slowly.”

The tips/observations that will follow over the next few days are offered to you, to anyone who is feeling like your dreams aren’t blossoming fast enough.

Dream Manifestation- Action Step 1:

(( Be sure that your vision is clear: When you project yourself into the future, to a time when your dream is realized, can you feel, smell, taste, see and hear what will be present in your experience? Share it with those that you trust and who truly support you. Ask for their feedback: is the vision something they can “see” as you are describing it, can they sense your passion about your vision; can they support you in holding that vision with you until it is realized (even if it takes months or years)?

Take a moment right now to get at least one of your wishes, one of your dreams for the future on paper. Be extremely thorough. Then share it with one person who you “know” will celebrate, support and encourage you towards achieving what you want. The more regularly you document the details of what you want and each step you have taken, or plan to take, to get you where you want to be, the more momentum you will gain. The more often you share your vision and the milestones you reach with others, the more your environment will support and propel you towards realizing your dreams. These combined actions have a synergistic impact on your ability to manifest your heart’s desires. Though it is a “process,” that is not meant to take place over night; it is a formula that is a foundational aspect of dream manifestation.

Dreams Blossom Slowly - 1

Hello Access Your Potential Community!

As we move into another beautiful summer, I find myself living in such a spirit of gratitude for all the beauty and abundance that has manifested in my life. I also find myself looking forward with such great anticipation for what lay ahead, for myself, my loved ones, my clients, and for all who strive to access all that is available to us!

So over the next few days, in my “Closure of May and welcoming of June” blog series, I hope to pull you into my revelry (if you aren’t already there)! Primarily, I hope to remind each of us of the beauty, the power of holding to our dreams so that we can create and live lives full of immense satisfaction and true abundance.

I make it a priority to work closely with my clients in helping them to literally taste, feel, see and mentally engage in those things they truly want to manifest in their own lives. The results, over and over again, are more profound and fulfilling than I could ever convey. However, the journey towards dream manifestation can sometimes feel frustrating and endless. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard the words, “But I want it now!” I also can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard the words, “I am so glad I experienced what I did prior to getting what I wanted.” Dream realization is a “process” and the beauty of that process is in the journey and in the commitment to make it so. This aspect of manifesting is a difficult one to remember at times. It is for this reason that I want to take the next few days to offer some wonderful lessons I have learned along my journey.


For today I leave you with these words of truth.
